We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a live Data Centre project based in Mons, Belgium. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the commercial delivery of a major project with a well-established Main Contractor, offering strong support, structure, and progression.
The Role
Working as part of the site-based commercial team, you’ll support the cost management and commercial control of the project from early works through to completion. €160M Programme and a great opportunity to work under a TOP Commercial Manager.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with cost reporting, valuations, and financial forecasting

Supporting procurement of subcontract packages and materials

Preparing and reviewing subcontractor payments and variations

Assisting with measurement, take-offs, and cost reconciliation

Working closely with project and site teams to maintain commercial compliance
About You

BSc in Quantity Surveying

Experience working for a Main Contractor is preferred

Understanding of subcontractor accounts and commercial processes

Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills

Eagerness to develop within a structured commercial environment
