We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our Team. You will work with a strong multi discipline team predominantly delivering essential repairs/maintenance, testing and inspection work.
Main role and responsibilities
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults primarily in social housing and commercial properties.
* Working alongside other work streams: carrying out repairs and installation to Kitchen/Bathrooms/Retrofit/Repairs/Maintenance/Rewires and Void, to bring the dwellings to current regulations.
* Ensuring that all electrical work complies with industry regulations and standards.
* Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including the signing of certification.
* Participating in on-call and emergency response as part of a rota system
Essential
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation or City and Guilds 236-1 and 236-2
* City and Guilds 2391
* 18th edition wiring regulations
* Full UK Driving License
* Able to pass a Full DBS disclosure.
* Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures
