Personal Assistant Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities for the Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Role:
• Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal Business owners.
• Assist in project management and coordination of special projects as directed (includes arranging and managing certain events).
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the Managing Director in preparing for meetings, including agenda creation and note-taking.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organisation and time-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to take shorthand would desirable but is not an essential requirement.
