*Responsibilities*
* Deliver customised haircuts, colour treatments, styling, and specialised hair services in accordance with client preferences and current trends
* Provide expert advice on hair care products and styling techniques to optimise client satisfaction
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the salon environment
* Manage appointment bookings efficiently at the front desk and ensure timely service delivery
* Assist with store management duties when required, including stock organisation and product display arrangements
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a busy salon environment
* Skilled in barbering, colouring techniques, and advanced styling methods
* Experience with store management tasks is advantageous
* Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments is desirable
* Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in mentoring or training junior staff is a plus
* Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
