About the Role
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children aged 3-4 within a nursery or early years setting
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to promote social, emotional and academic development
Support children with personal care where required, in a sensitive and professional manner
Help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
What We're Looking For
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A caring, patient and proactive approach
Understanding of the EYFS framework
Confidence supporting young children with personal care routines
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
