Our public sector client are looking for a Housing Choices Administration Support Officer to join them on a temporary basis.
Location
Whitwick Business Centre, Coalville (office-based)
Hours
18 hours per week (part-time, providing lunchtime cover)
Role Purpose
To provide administrative and customer support to the Housing Choices team, which manages approximately 4,000 council properties across North West Leicestershire.
Key Duties

Process invoices
-
Prepare packs for new tenancies

Prepare and issue standard letters

Scan and upload documents to electronic systems

Provide general administrative support as required

Answer customer calls and signpost enquiries appropriately
