We are currently in search of a Registered manger for our EBD home based in Hall Green in Birmingham. The 4 bedded home has been recently renovated to high standard including facilities such as sensory room, games room, library and gym.

*Essential Job Requirements*
* Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
* A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
* 3 years’ work experience working with Young People within a residential environment including 2 years at senior level.
* Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.
*Desirable Attributes*
* NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* Proven success of development of staff teams and individuals.
* Proven Ofsted inspection history.
Relocation packages may be available for current managers holding a NVQ level 5 qualification.
Additionally all successful candidates must undergo a full enhanced DBS disclosure and referencing.
