The role – Learning Support Assistant
I am currently working with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Hillingdon that is seeking a committed and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will provide in-class support, work with small groups and individual students, and assist pupils who require additional academic, social, or emotional support. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN department to implement personalised strategies that enable students to thrive. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people. Previous experience working with SEND students or within a school environment is highly desirable.
