Due to growth plans Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their operations team in January 2026
The Role
As an Administrator Operations Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for liaising between customers, engineers and technicians to ensure service visits are scheduled and completed efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer expectations and scheduling service visits
Coordinating multiple engineer and technician diaries
Confirming appointments with customers prior to visits
Issuing job sheets and ensuring engineers have materials and stock
Planning routes
Booking in work to be completed
Completing high volumes of administration
Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
Checking timesheets and tracker activity for payroll
Raising quotes, invoicing completed works and supporting aged debt resolution
Signing off supplier invoices and supporting the Finance team
Arranging services , maintenance , hire of equipment and any emergency breakdowns
About You
Previous experience in administration, is required
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and experience
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused, reliable and proactive
Happy working 100% office-based
