Your Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in uplifting the lives of our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conducting Assessments: Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and preferences.

Team Support: Work closely with our office and care teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both staff and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role.

Transport: Your own vehicle to facilitate travel between our office and client locations.

IT Proficiency: Comfortable using IT systems, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Scheduling Knowledge: Familiarity with call rostering systems to ensure efficient scheduling.

People Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.

Communication: Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
