Property Administrator Responsibilities
As a Property Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of housing-related services. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support for repairs, fire safety works, and damp & mould cases
Monitoring contractor performance to ensure service delivery meets established standards
Processing works orders efficiently from instruction to completion
Responding promptly to customer enquiries and updating residents accordingly
Minute-taking during operational meetings and recording clear actions for governance
Liaising with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and data on internal systemsCandidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and the following skills:
Previous experience in housing, property, construction, or contract management roles
Strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, capable of remaining calm under pressure
Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks
Good understanding of property repairs processes and terminology
