Tempeo is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing team based in Milton Keynes serving commercial and industrial clients across Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role with a focus on planned and reactive maintenance.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Service, repair and install commercial gas systems including boilers and associated equipment
* Carry out diagnostic fault finding and repairs
* Purge, strength test and install gas pipework up to or above 6 inches
* Maintain accurate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) paperwork
* Efficiently maintain and repair plant equipment
* Work safely and comply with all company health and safety policies and procedures
*Required Qualifications & Experience*
* COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety
* ICPN1 Installation First Fix on Commercial Pipework
* CIGA1 Indirect Fired Commercial Appliances
* CDGA1 Direct Fired Commercial Appliances
* CORT1 Overhead Radiant Tube & Radiant Plaque Heaters
* TPCP1a Tightness Testing & Direct Purging of Pipework not exceeding 1m³
* Minimum 2 years’ commercial gas experience
* Full clean UK driving licence
*Desirable Qualifications*
* IPAF Certified PAL Card
* WRAS qualifications
* TPCP1 for above 1m³
* FGas or Air Source Heat Pump experience
