*Overview*
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a *Commercial Refrigeration Engineer* who shares our passion for service and development. In this role, you’ll maintain, service, and repair refrigeration units in commercial kitchens—working with walk-in coolers, freezers, and display units to ensure they run efficiently and safely. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, learning, and progression.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Service & Maintenance*: Keep commercial refrigeration systems running smoothly.
* *Diagnostics & Troubleshooting*: Use your technical skills to identify and fix issues.
* *Repairs & Part Replacement*: Ensure safe and effective repairs.
* *Preventive Maintenance*: Help clients avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.
* *Compliance & Safety*: Work to the highest standards of health, safety, and refrigerant regulations.
* *Emergency Support*: Respond quickly to urgent calls.
* *Client Communication*: Build trust through clear updates and advice.
* *Documentation*: Maintain accurate service records.
* *Team Collaboration*: Work closely with colleagues and kitchen staff.
*Qualifications*
* F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
* 3 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration (Essential)
* Basic electrical knowledge (18th Edition advantageous)
* Health & Safety certification (CSCS card preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (required)
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Pay: £38,000.00-£38,001.00 per year
