Maintech Power is a High Voltage (HV) installation and maintenance specialist who provide a true turnkey service that covers and optimises High Voltage infrastructure’s entire lifecycle.
*Role Overview*
The Senior HV Maintenance Manager (SAP) will manage and deliver contracted HV maintenance services, including planned and emergency works, within Maintech’s maintenance portfolio.
This role requires full SAP authorisation up to 33kV and responsibility for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of all maintenance activities, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business performance.
Paid overtime is offered in addition to base salary.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee the delivery of all HV maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Distribution Safety Rules and zero accidents or incidents.
* Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance works, including switching, fault diagnosis, and emergency repairs up to 33kV.
* Lead the planning and coordination of internal and external resources to ensure efficient delivery of services.
* Support and mentor the HV maintenance team, ensuring works are delivered to quality, time, and commercial expectations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations and identifying opportunities for additional services.
* Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and programme updates for all maintenance activities.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes, systems, and procedures within the maintenance function.
* Participate in the 24/7 standby rota, providing senior-level technical support and decision-making during incidents.
* Support business development activities by contributing technical expertise to proposals, bids, and client meetings.
* Ensure compliance with company health & safety policies, industry standards, and statutory requirements.

*Skills & Experience *
* Full SAP authorisation up to 33kV (with commitment to refresher training).
* Significant experience delivering HV maintenance services, including emergency response.
* Proven ability to manage complex portfolios of contracts and projects.
* Strong technical expertise in switching, fault location, and maintenance best practice.
* Experience coordinating teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Strong commercial awareness and experience in cost control.

Pay: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
