We’re seeking compassionate and skilled SEN Tutors to deliver bespoke one-to-one tuition for students who are struggling to access education.
*What You’ll Do*
* *Specialist Tuition:* Deliver personalised 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* *Your Approach:* Use creative, student-centred methods to reignite engagement, confidence and a love of learning.
* *Collaboration: *Work closely with families, schools, professionals and the wider Lexia team to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
* *Monitor Progress: *Track and record achievements, celebrating every milestone along the way.

*What We’re Looking For*
* *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) *or equivalent recognised qualification (required).
* *Minimum 3 years’ experience* in teaching or student support.
* *Strong communication* and relationship-building skills.
* *Commitment *and genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
