We’re on the lookout for a passionate Dialysis Nurse Manager to support and guide a group of clinics across the North Region (Newcastle to North Wales). If you love helping teams grow, improving patient care, and getting stuck into day-to-day operations, this could be a great fit. Expect plenty of travel and lots of variety.
*The Role requirements*
* Supporting and developing Clinic Managers
* Helping create positive, supportive clinic environments
* Keeping clinical standards high while meeting financial goals
* Working closely with NHS partners and regulators
* Looking at key performance data to spot opportunities for improvement
* Rolling out new ideas and processes to make things better for patients and teams
* Making sure all clinics meet governance and regulatory requirements
*Key Skills required*
* Experience leading teams in a healthcare setting ESSENTIAL
* Dialysis/ haemodialysis / renal experience ESSENTIAL
* Driving licence ESSENTIAL
* Good understanding of operational and financial decision-making
* Friendly, clear communication skills
* An analytical approach and confidence managing improvements
* Strong IT skills, especially Excel
