We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Office Administrator working in our Finance department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and telephone experience.
As an Office Administrator, you'll play a vital part in this exciting process, supporting the team with a diverse range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and manage general office communications.
General administrative support across the Finance department
Process, administer and reconcile all expense accounts; checking mileage claims for errors and processing for payment
Reviewing and processing bursary applications, including eligibility checks and document verification
Booking Hotels and Transport for staff training / Events ensuring that the most economic form of transport / accommodation is booked and detail are provided to staff in a timely manner
Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role
Experience in resourcing candidates
Level 2 qualification in Business Admin/Customer Service or equivalent
Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner
Are able to work as part of a team
Reliable and Punctual
Good energy and positive vibes
