Business Assistant
We are a dynamic and growing kitchen manufacturer, committed to delivering excellence and innovation. To support our leadership team and streamline operations, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team.
This will lead to a more senior role going forwards and a long term career with the business.
You will be working very closely with the MD and will become an integral part of the management team.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and organizational support to executives and managers

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism

Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met

Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth communication

Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in administration, business support, or executive assistance preferred
