We’re working with a leading developer on a landmark residential scheme in Norwich, and they’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team.
The Role:

Support the Senior Site Manager in delivering a high-quality residential development.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and day-to-day site operations.

Maintain health & safety compliance and quality standards.

Keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
You’ll Have:

Previous experience in residential construction or similar.

Strong understanding of site operations, safety, and quality procedures.

Great communication skills and the ability to lead small teams.

A proactive, hands-on attitude.
