About the Role:
✔ Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a lovely young girl with autism
✔ Support her learning, communication, confidence, and emotional regulation
✔ Help her access the curriculum through adapted activities & resources
✔ Engage positively with her throughout the day, building trust and independence
✔ Work collaboratively with the class teacher & SEN team
✔ Create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A caring, patient, and understanding individual
✔ Experience with autism or SEN (advantageous but not essential)
✔ A passion for supporting children with additional needs
✔ Strong communication and the ability to build supportive relationships
