Some of your key responsibilities will consist of:

Support the Conveyancing Team by managing files and taking ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate progression of matters.

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts such as estate agents and solicitors.

Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Handle routine and complex client enquiries professionally, maintaining high standards of service.

Draft and prepare legal documents, including completion statements, accounts, and correspondence.
Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience in property administration or residential conveyancing is essential.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
