The Assistant Building Surveyor's Role
Working as part of an experienced surveying team, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will gain exposure to a diverse and engaging project portfolio across housing, education, commercial, care and healthcare sectors.
Projects will include energy efficiency and retrofit-focused schemes, where you will play a key role in supporting sustainable outcomes and modern building performance. You will work closely with senior surveyors and project teams, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your technical and professional skillset.
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
- Degree in Building Surveying or related construction discipline
- Working towards APC / chartership
Knowledge and attributes:
- 1-2 years' post-graduate industry experience
- Strong desire for professional development and learning
- Confident communication and team-working skills
- A proactive and positive approach to work
