Location: Harrogate
Salary: up to £27,000 basic plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Fleet Service Administrator Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and process PCNs daily through the fleet portal, ensuring accurate recharges are raised when necessary.
• Organize logistics, including scheduling vehicle collections, transfers, and end-of-contract procedures.
• Manage supplier invoices and promptly issue customer invoices and credit notes.
• Upload weekly and monthly fleet reports to third-party providers.
• Oversee daily rental activities for customers, including invoice generation and recharge processing.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records across all systems and files.
• Deliver professional assistance to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory updates.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and suggest improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc support and assist the Fleet & Customer Services Manager with projects as required.
Fleet Service Administrator Requirements:
• Previous experience in administration, preferably within automotive, leasing, rental, or dealership environments.
• Strong IT proficiency with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality service and support.
• Capable of working independently while also thriving in a team setting.
