We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking for stable, long-term warehouse work with excellent progression opportunities.
Successful candidates will be responsible for order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties in both chill and ambient environments.
Shift Pattern

6am, 2pm, 7pm and 9pm shift start times

Average 7–8 hours per shift

5 on 3 off and 4 on 2 off rotas

Full-time hours with consistent shift patterns
Key Responsibilities
-
Voice order picking using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker)

Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch

Loading and unloading goods

Working in chill and ambient environments

Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Meeting daily targets in a team environment
Requirements
-
No previous experience required – full training provided

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Comfortable with manual handling and fast-paced work

Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test (completed at our Nuneaton office if successful)
