We're looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team, supporting essential engine production activities for a global leader in manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities
Operate B1 Counterbalance trucks safely and effectively as part of daily warehouse operations
Transport, pack, and scan engine components, keeping material flow smooth and accurate
Follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high levels of safety and quality
Perform manual handling tasks (aided where required) to support production needs
Use PC and scanner systems to record and track stock movements
Maintain warehouse flow, supporting stock accuracy and part replenishment
Uphold excellent housekeeping standards, contributing to a clean, efficient work area
Engage in 5S and safety practices, reporting hazards and supporting continuous improvement
Experience Not Essential, Attitude Is.

What matters most is your positive attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety.
For the right individuals, we offer progression into MHE operations, including:
PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) operation - typically used for line feeding
A5 Stacker training
Additional MHE categories as required
Upskilling into MHE roles (PPT, stacker, etc.)
Ongoing learning and development opportunitiesIf you show the right behaviours, drive, and engagement, we will train and develop you into these operational roles.

£12.21 per hour, moving to £12.36 per hour once trained and certification achieved

Shift Pattern:
This role will initially start on day shifts with a review of moving to 3 shifts once fully trained
3-Shift Rotation (Weekly Rotation):
Mornings: 6am-2pm | Afternoons: 2pm-10pm | Nights: 10pm-6am
