Production & Manufacturing Operatives – January 2026 Starts!

Location: Rochdale Centre
Pay Rate: £12.24 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) + occasional 8am–5pm shift.
Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re looking for reliable Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a well-established and friendly manufacturing team based in the heart of Rochdale.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working in a clean, well-organised factory environment where every day is different. Your tasks may include:
Bonding and assembling materials
Sanding, prepping, and finishing components
Supporting the build and production departments
Helping with general factory and manufacturing duties
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in:
Production, manufacturing, or factory work
Assembly or warehouse roles
Any other practical, hands-on job
A positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic are just as important as experience.
