Shift Information: 2:00 PM start, 5–7 hour shifts depending on workload
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a high-performance logistics operation in Hinckley. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

Sorting, scanning, and organising parcels within the warehouse

Meeting daily targets and operational deadlines

Handling parcels of varying sizes and weights

Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

Following all health and safety procedures

Physically fit and able to lift/move parcels as required
