£90-100 Per day depending on experience and hours
Support students aged 16–19 with additional learning needs in a welcoming Cambridge college
Assist learners with classwork, organisation, and confidence building
Work alongside teaching staff to adapt resources and promote inclusion
Encourage independence and engagement in lessons
Experience in an educational setting (college or school) required
Calm, patient, and professional approach essential
Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable
Must be able to commute reliably to and within Cambridge
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain) required
