Labourer
Overview
A1 Jobs are seeking a physically capable Labourer to join our clients team.
Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment

Preparing work areas by clearing debris and ensuring safety standards are maintained

Supporting the movement of goods and supplies around the site using appropriate manual handling techniques

Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required
-
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work zones to promote safety and efficiency
-
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during daily operations
Experience
-
Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods

Good organisational skills with attention to detail

Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction or industrial environment is desirable but not mandatory
This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in a hands-on environment. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
