Managing credit control activities, including debt chasing and payment tracking

Supporting payroll processing

Posting and reconciling bank transactions

Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements

Reviewing timesheets to support client billing and revenue capture

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with the following skills and experience…

Some experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a finance team is essential

Sage experience is preferred but not essential

Confident and self-aware with the ability to communicate professionally

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
