The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and tests on vehicles to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards. *Duties*
* Perform MOT tests on a variety of vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Inspect vehicles for safety, roadworthiness, and emissions standards.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and adjustments as necessary.
* Document test results accurately and provide detailed feedback to vehicle owners.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to vehicle testing.
*Experience*
* Proven mechanical knowledge is essential for this role.
* Experience using hand tools and power tools in a workshop or similar environment is highly desirable.
