*Overview*
We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor with experience in dispute resolution to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE and have the ability to work independently but will be given guidance from a senior solicitor.
*Duties*
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients across various areas of law.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
* Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.
* Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law that may impact clients' interests.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
