Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role. This role will be working in residential properties on a fixed site. Undertaking reactive repairs and maintenance works within communal areas and commercial units.
Our client is a well-established Property Management company and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
Please note that this role is 40 hours per week, working Thursday-Monday.
The Role:

Carry out carpentry repairs to doors and windows.

Perform basic locksmith tasks, including lock and door closer adjustments.

Undertake light decorating and flooring works.

Conduct security and H&S inspections, reporting any defects.

General building upkeep.

Assist with bin collection and cleaning of bin areas.

Record all work accurately using the company’s mobile app.

Work closely with estate managers, contractors, and the wider maintenance team.
