Description
As a Customer Care Advisor you will be first point of contact for existing customers this will be a b2b opportunity where you will be supporting clients with a range of queries providing excellent support and guidance.
The role will be mainly telephone based you will be working in a busy environment ensuring each query is resolved to service level agreements and targets set by the business.
You will work alongside other departments and investigate more complex queries coming to a quick resolution to avoid escalation.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of sectors
Excellent communication and a confident telephone manner
Driven and dedicated to customer experience
Able to work in a volume environment
