Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm).
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional customer services person to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have a long-standing presence in Telford. Working within their commercial team, there are excellent routes for progression within short time frames for the right motivated candidate.
Role Description.

Carry out office administrative tasks, including packing, posting, printing, binding.

Collate and analyse sales data to identify trends and patterns.

Support the development of new and existing products in partnership with innovation, commercial & production teams.

Provide customer/product portfolio analysis including competitor landscape.

Work closely with the Customer Support Managers to carry out local and group projects.

Carry out regular product testing.
Skills and Qualifications.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Experience of interfacing effectively with internal and external customers.
-
Excellent team working skills.
-
Proven experience of managing multiple tasks efficiently through to completion.

Competent using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Current, valid driving licence
