Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our NHS dental practice in providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental examinations and provide appropriate treatments to patients
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Interpret X-rays and other medical imaging for accurate diagnosis
- Utilise Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for dental restorations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Experience:
- Qualified Dentist with relevant experience in general dentistry
- Proficient in dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral diseases, and treatment options
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques for diagnosis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral health practices
- Detail-oriented and organised approach to patient care
