We have a well established and busy NHS/ PVT patient following, with experienced and capable support staff including fully qualified dental nurses. We are equipped with 3 surgerys and a Hygienist . We are 9 miles from the M54 motorway and in easy reach to the M6 and Shrewsbury. Job Overview: We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice in the heart of Newport, Shropshire. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a passion for providing high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental examinations and provide appropriate treatments to patients
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Interpret X-rays and other medical imaging for accurate diagnosis
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentally Software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from a recognised institution
- Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
