Sales Administrator 12 Month Contract (Temp)
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid after training)
Pay: Equivalent to £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Start Date: December / January
A great opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a major engineering organisation on a long-term contract. Perfect for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, and supporting a busy commercial team. SAP experience is highly beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
The Role
Process customer orders, quotations and sales documentation
Update CRM/ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous)
Manage inbound enquiries and provide customer support
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and account managers
The Person
Previous experience in sales administration or customer support
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
SAP experience is beneficial but full training is available
Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
Able to commute to Nottingham (hybrid after induction)
