This is NOT a trainee or hobbyist role.
We are looking for a master of the basics.
We need a "safe pair of hands" with a proven history of high-quality electronics assembly covering soldering, wiring and crimping (with very small crimps).
The Role:
Precision Soldering: You must be IPC standard level (or equivalent experience). Through-hole & Surface Mount.
Wiring & Crimping: Neat, logical routing and solid connections, not messy work.
Assembly: Building units strictly to engineering drawings/schematics.The Candidate:
Experienced: You have longevity on your CV. We aren't looking for job-hoppers.
Local: You live in or near Rugby.
Personality: You are easy to get along with and fit well in a close-knit team.The Reward:
A salary paying up to £32K (depending on the results of a trade test).
Great day-shift hours (No shifts, no weekends).
