Training Delivery Instructor - Electronic Controls

We're looking for an experienced professional to deliver high-quality instruction in Marine Control Systems and Diagnostics, mentoring the next generation of engineers and supporting their development. No prior teaching experience is required-just your technical expertise and willingness to guide others.
About the Role
Deliver engaging training sessions in Marine Control Systems and Diagnostics.
Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback.
Support trainee welfare and progression throughout their learning journey.
Contribute to departmental tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.This is a term-time position (45 weeks per year), with scheduled non-working weeks during Christmas, Easter, and August. Salary is pro-rata and includes annual leave and bank holidays.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Strong understanding of Electrical and Electronic Engineering principles.
Proficiency in IT systems and tools.Desirable
Level 3 Teaching Qualification or equivalent (e.g., Defence Train the Trainer).
Previous instructional experience in a military or civilian engineering environment.Additional Information
UK Security Clearance at SC level is required.
