Paralegal/Team Assistant - Solicitors - Cambridge - £25000 to £27000 depending on experience.
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Paralegal/Team Assistant for a well respected firm of Solicitors based in Cambridge.
The client is looking for talented, friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join their firm. specifically, a Paralegal/Team Assistant based in our Cambridge office, working within our Private Client Team. If you have previous experience working as a Paralegal and are looking to strengthen your knowledge and experience further, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for.
What will your responsibilities be?
• Working alongside the team to provide support with client work

Proactively managing your own caseload of client matters

Meeting and greeting clients and handling telephone discussions

Taking new enquiries from prospective clients

Dealing with the financial management and administration aspects of client matters
-
Keeping fee earners up to date on the progress of tasks

Managing diaries and inboxes
-
Managing electronic documents sent to and from external parties

Collaborating with the team and wider departments

Participating in the firm's networking initiatives
Does your previous experience include:
-
Experience working within an Private Client department
-
A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules

Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office

The salary on offer is between £25000 and £27000 depending on experience plus excellent company benefits
