If this field is a real interest to you and you want to progress fast with the associated benefits in pay and seniority then it would be wise to spend at least one day a week at our clinical headquarters near Manchester training directly with the most senior clinical teat members in the company.
For those candidates who really want to do this and it’s not just a job and if you want to progress very fast in both salary and seniority the more time you immerse yourself in our digital ecosystem the quicker you will learn and the greater the expertise you will gain.
This role can start as a part-time role and build to a full time role for the right candidates over 12 months or sooner.
We have some absolutely amazing nurses who are all proficient in digital radiography intro oral scanning and face scanning and the use of photogrammetry and know our workflow inside out. They will be with you to guide you alongside your training clinician.
The training period to get the basics Instilled will be up to 3 months in which time you should be proficient in the basics of all non-Surgical steps chair side. It is not difficult if you are logical methodical and motivated and all our other clinicians have been through exactly the same training pathway. In that three months period as part of your rotor You will be allocated sometime with the senior Surgeon to observe and assist in the single Surgical visit patients undergo.
In 2024 we restored over 1400 jaws and placed around 5000 implants so there is no shortage of live mentoring available. The more you put in the more you get out.
You will be taught the clinical steps in our workflow
Full digital data capture including CBCT, Intraoral Scanning and Face Scanning and according treatment plan presentation and prescription for surgery
Consent validation patient presentation with a 3D STL (this is a 3-D rendering of the patients and result before we start. The corrective process to the patient is fully aware of where they are going to end up and with what)
Fully guided graft-less full jaw implant surgery, immediate load prosthetics and immediate post surgery data capture with i metric (photogrammetry)
Post surgery data capture with intraoral and face scanner and prescribing long term prosthetics (LTP)
Fitting of long term prosthetics and sign off data set
Annual maintenance protocol
Our workflow has been honed over the cumulative experience of the senior clinicians over thousands of cases.
Once a week we host a meeting of all clinicians to review cases and talk about any issues and potential improvements in our workflow.
We have a structured learning pathway where successful clinicians demonstrate ,with self audit and mentoring, their proficiency in all non-surgical and surgical steps. You will be assessed on a weekly basis on progress

This job is a structured mentored post and NO PAST EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL IMPLANTOLOGY IS REQUIRED. You will learn all aspects of Dental implantology. Everything from a single implant to a full mouth. The use of pterygoid implants if necessary. Soft tissue manipulation and suturing techniques. The efficiencies of six handed implantology. Patient presentation and management amongst lots of other things.
We have our own bio engineering division. We make all our own Surgical guides and we engineer all our own prosthetics. We do not outsource anything. Quality control is paramount to what we do.
We have a full administrative support team which means you only need to focus on the clinical needs of the patient and you don’t need to worry about presenting costs or asking for payment.

We believe that the correct attitude and aptitude towards clinical excellence is more important than experience. We are not age or qualification focused. We are far more focused on the individuals attitude and aptitude for learning. All our resident clinicians are under 35 years of age and over 50% under the age of 30. Almost all of them joined without any background in Implantology whatsoever.
We currently provide over 150 full jaw rehabilitations per month and rising fast
You will be joining a team of senior and resident clinicians, nurses, clinical and non clinical administrators, digital clinical designers and technicians. Currently our organisation employs 80+ people and we are growing fast!!
The starting salary for clinical residency training is £85,000 pro rata during training phase. We expect you to be proficient in all non-surgical steps within 3 months or less. Once training is complete and proficiency in non surgical steps and independent working is demonstrated then salary will move to £120,000 . Beyond that will come from audit and appraisals of your peers
