An hourly rate of £13.00 per hour

Appointment-related incentive scheme

Working Pattern: Weekdays and 1 in 2 Saturdays 10.00 am - 3.00 pm

In weeks when you work a Saturday, you will also work one weekday

In weeks when you are not scheduled for a Saturday, you will work two weekdays

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will act as the first point of contact for customers ensuring enquiries are handled warmly and professionally

Answering incoming telephone calls

Welcoming and engaging with potential customers visiting the showroom

Scheduling customer appointments using our established processes

Ensuring all appointment details are correctly recorded and communicated

Sending and managing follow-up emails

Organising and dispatching brochures and letters

Maintaining accurate and tidy records in line with their system
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

Confident and friendly communication skills

Computer literate in MS Office

A background working in commercial customer service
-
Well organised and accurate administrative skills
