Job Title: Production Operative / Machine Operator
Location: Highbridge, Somerset
Pay Rate: £13.50 Per Hour
Hours: 39 hours per week with every other Friday of
Shits Patterns:
- Week 1: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2: Monday – Thursday 14:00 – 00:00
We are looking for a Production Operative / Machine Operator for ongoing, full time work in a manufacturing company near Highbridge – TA9
About the job
Working in a small team
Lifting and moving pallets and bags around
Machine operating and minding
Collect samples as required to perform quality checks
Complete necessary paperwork
Carry out cleaning duties as required to maintain good hygiene practices on site
The right candidate
Must hold a valid forklift licence
Excellent communication skills
IT literate
Have a genuine interest in a long-term career in the manufacturing industry
Previous experience in a similar role, such as warehouse operative, machinist, production work, factory work etc
Comfortable with heavy lifting – up to 20kg
