Temporary Administrator Required.
Location - Madley, Herefordshire.
Minimum of two days per week, our client can be flexible with this.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail
· Experience with Sage & Excel required.
· Effective at communicating both verbally and written

Job Responsibilities
· Matching customer delivery notes with computerised system
· Sales acknowledgements.
· Creation and general upkeep of new accounts
· Dealing with payment queries and card payments via phone or email
· Cash posting payments using Sage
· Invoicing
· Chasing overdue payments from customers

Office Hours:
Two Days per week, 9am-4.30pm.
Duration: 4-6 Weeks.
Salary: Meets National Minimum Wage Requirements
