Skilled Food Production Operatives – Permanent Contracts | Immediate Start
We’re seeking Skilled Food Production Operatives to join our High Care factory team. These roles are offered on permanent contracts, with start dates available as soon as possible.
Location: Burton-Upon-Trent
Pay Rate: £14.19 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, minimum 40 hours per week (flexibility required)
Shift Pattern:
Initially: 6:00am – 2:00pm (may vary slightly between 6:00–8:00am start and 2:00–4:00pm finish while operations are finalized)
Eventually moving to a fixed shift pattern
Role Responsibilities:
Work across multiple stages of production in a controlled hot-fill environment
Handle high-care ingredients safely and efficiently
Monitor critical control points and maintain compliance with food safety procedures
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and quality standards
Identify and resolve issues during production to maintain product integrity
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in food manufacturing, ideally in high-care or chilled environments
Strong attention to detail and technical awareness
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
