Sales Apprentice
Location: Rudheath, Cheshire
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible core hours, typically 8:00–4:30)
Reports to: Sales Manager
About the Role
Are you ambitious, resilient, and ready to kick-start your career in sales? As a Sales Apprentice, you’ll join a dynamic team focused on driving growth and building strong customer relationships. Your day will start with a team huddle to share wins and tackle challenges, then dive into prospecting—making calls, leveraging social media, and booking meetings with potential clients.
This is a hands-on role where success means hitting activity targets, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with high-quality appointments. You’ll learn the ropes of B2B sales, gain technical product knowledge, and even get involved in on-site trials with customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls (up to 100 per day) and engaging prospects via phone and social media.

Booking qualified meetings for the sales team with FMCG businesses.

Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.

Supporting trials and onboarding new customers.

Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve real-world problems.
