Maintenance Operative
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with knowledge of heating systems, general maintenance, and a variety of practical skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.
Whilst the role will largely be carried out at our London Homes (SW16 and SE22/15) there will be 1-days a week where travel to our Home in Redhill (RH16RA) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general electrical work as needed
Install flooring
Maintain and repair heating systems
Provide carpentry services, including repairs and installations
Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issuesKey Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in general maintenance roles
Competency in heating systems, plumbing, and electric
Carpentry skills and general repair work
