We have a fantastic opportunity for General Building Operatives on behalf of our client in the Manchester area. These are full time roles for an initial period of 3 months. Security vetting is required prior to employment.
This General Building Operative role is to carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties. To undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities for General Building Operative

Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.

Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace.

Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.

Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team

To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
Qualifications Needed For General Building Operative

Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade

City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline

Current full UK driving licence
