About the Role
Industrious is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site based in the beautiful Cotswolds. Production takes place alongside a busy farm shop, where fresh, high-quality ingredients are prepared for leading retailers such as Waitrose and M&S.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals to join a friendly, supportive team in a rewarding production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cutting produce / different types of foods from vegetables to meats

Weighing, portioning, and packaging items according to customer specifications (e.g., for Waitrose and M&S)

Maintaining excellent attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency

Following food hygiene and safety procedures at all times

Working collaboratively to meet daily production targets
Requirements

No previous experience required – full training provided

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment

Own transport is essential, as the site is in a rural area not easily accessible by public transport
